The Enterprise Navigator is designed to assist system administrators with all administrative tasks related to maintaining and monitoring performance and activities of multiple Staffware nodes.

Every time EN is launched it tests accessibility of the Staffware nodes, while the the Splash screen appears.

EN allows administrating the whole enterprise through a user-friendly interface. It may be used jointly with standard managing tools of Staffware or as a stand-alone tool. Owing to its capabilities, configuring Staffware servers is easy.

The interface of the Enterprise Navigator has same look and feel as the Windows Explorer.

The Enterprise Navigator interacts with the server via the Staffware Enterprise Objects (SEO) interface. The Enterprise Navigator incorporates all of the functionality that the SEO provides.

Additionally, the Enterprise Navigator provides means for the entire workflow enterprise analysis. It also integrates an elaborate reporting system, which gives a true picture of the workflow-system processes.

Reports are represented in a table structure. They can be viewed in report window, saved in HTML, or printed.

Version 3.0 – New functionality

The next, third version of the Enterprise Navigator comprises a set of new useful feautures. It is first of all employment of the new specifications of the latest SEO versions. This includes support for queue Participation and Redirection. The new Enterprise Navigator is compatible with SEO Client 8.1 (0.0) and later.

EN now allows to modify markings values for any Work Item, and view the form associated with a procedure step.

One of the major improvements of the current EN is the user interface. Now, most of the operations can be applied both to single and multiple list items. It refferes to practically all of the EN lists: users, groups, queues, etc.
